Covid-19 Response | Rotary Bali
Rotary Club of Bali Seminyak | COVID-19 Update

The tourism-based economy here in Bali has been devastated by the Covid-19 pandemic and its measures to contain it. A significant portion of the population is earning less than they were two years ago. Countless numbers of people in Bali have fallen into poverty during the pandemic. With this, many poorer families, indirectly or directly dependent on tourism, are now limited to only two meals a day. In response, the Rotary Club of Bali Seminyak has set up a COVID-19 relief fund and identified projects to respond to the pandemic in Bali. If you wish to make a donation to help in Bali, please contact us.

Rotary International | Response to COVID-19

Rotary is taking action in response to the pandemic as clubs support COVID-19 vaccination and continued prevention efforts around the world. Tapping into decades of experience in bringing polio to the brink of eradication, Rotary members worldwide are helping health authorities communicate lifesaving information about COVID-19 and vaccination, combatting misinformation, supporting fair and equal access to vaccines, and curbing the spread of the virus by donating protective gear and other supplies to clinics and hospitals that are under strain.
